No project-manager theater. No status meetings. Just clean work, quietly delivered.
From the moment your deposit clears, the clock starts. Most Signature Builds launch in 14 to 21 days. The longest we’ve ever run is 28 — and that was the client’s pace, not ours. Here is exactly how those four weeks break down.
The Timeline
Week 1 — Discovery & Blueprint
- Day 1: Deposit clears + kick-off email send
- Day 2–3: Brand Discovery session (2 hours on video)
- Day 4–5: June drafts the written Blueprint
- Day 6–7: Client reviews, one round of feedback
Week 2 — Design & Build
- Day 8–9: Design system locked
- Day 10–12: Pages built in priority order (Home, Services, Story, Contact)
- Day 13–14: First-draft preview URL shared
Week 3 — Revision & Content
- Day 15–17: One round of revisions based on client feedback
- Day 18–19: Blog posts written in client's voice
- Day 20–21: SEO polish, schema markup, performance tuning
Week 4 — Launch
- Day 22–24: Final QA across devices
- Day 25: Domain wired, DNS cutover
- Day 26: Client training video recorded and delivered
- Day 27–28: Soft launch into 30-day post-launch support window
What We Need From You
We move fast, which means we need you to move decidedly. To hit a 28-day launch, you agree to:
- Timely feedback (48-hour turnarounds)
- Deliver content assets (logos, photos, existing copy) before the build begins
- Final sign-off at two checkpoints (Blueprint and First Draft)
- Responsiveness during Revision Week
What We Do Not Do
Boundaries are how good work happens. Our process firmly excludes:
- Unlimited revisions (we do one comprehensive round to keep momentum)
- Design by committee (you are the final decider)
- Weekly "status update" meetings (we use written updates instead)
- Surprise upsells mid-project
Post-Launch: The 30-Day Window
After Day 28, you are not cut loose. The 30 days post-launch include bug fixes, small copy tweaks, an analytics review to ensure traffic is flowing, and a 30-minute debrief call where we hand you the keys.
